Urgh, terrible. Completely out of character. your version of Harry Potter seems to have none of the personality traits of the original, and seems to be a juvenile sociopath.
I think batman would be horrified if he heard of what Harry was doing. For all their powers the other wizards are basically untrained average teenage boys (physically) Breaking their bones left and right is simply bullying. Not to mention how your "superheroes" seem to have none of the respect for life the originals have.
I'm guessing your rather young, it's ok to write fanfictions which are basically power fantasies because you're lacking something in real life. But if you ever want to write something of quality, you have to develop a better understanding of what it means to be human, and how people of different personalities react to things. Study those around you, find out what makes them tic.
