I was so pleased to find an update, not that you are an slouch or anything, but I have already expressed my dislike of incomplete fic. Yet still, here I am, hating you for not having the entire thing written and posted already. I cant decide if its better that we get to read it as you post it, or wait a year and a half for a complete story (like JKR).
This chapter seemed a bit short to me, probably for all the reasons I already stated. But the character work, and the "magical theory" stuff is great. I really like the way he placed the wards at the end. No real concious thought, no pre-defined spell, just Harry using his magic. I am hoping that this is leading to him being able to perform wandless magic at an advanced level. Wandless magic would also seem to take less concentration to see since it doesnt have to be funneled through his wand.
Anyway, Keep em coming, I am sorely tempted to re-read the entire thing up to this point just to keep busy until the next update. In FACT, thats just what I will do.

GML- thank you for your two review. I know I've slowed down a bit but I am going as quick as I can. But I know that's no help to you as the reader, I've spend many a day wishing for an Author to update.
There is more I could post and reading your reviews I'm sorley tempted too yet it's my safety blanket in-case I make mistakes.
For you observations Harry's magic is deveolping nicely that's all I can really say without giving too much away. A lot has already been developed and soon you will see some of the fruits of that work.
Lastly if you or anyone else wants more detail I will always explain in an email (see my profile for address) or if anyone wants to help me and my beta the same applies.
