I feel that you have really overdone certain things. For example, Moody has been done way, way, way to the extreme...and no one cares! They just smile and nod. Plus you have Hermione and Ginny 'training' Harry, and Harry's balls seem to have vanished mysteriously. You had him stand up to freaking Dumbledore, but you have him all but licking Ginny and Hermione's boots.
One final note, in the beginning, you had them being caring and loving to one another, but now it seems that Hermione and Ginny could care less if Harry dropped dead as long as he left them with lots of money and the manor. You've made a good story into nothing but a parody of a parody.
