  This is utterly amazing! I'm surprised it hasn't had more reviews. The characters are spot (which is difficult, considering their lack of p.o.v. in FF7) and the description was so fluid and so wonderfully woven into the tale that I hardly even remembered it was a tale and that it would end. Bravo!

  So. Much. Yes.
  It's the essence of his character, isn't it? Under the joking and the bantering and all that. He's the one who's too loyal, too determined, to ever give up on his own.
  
  This story always makes me happy.
