  I first read this on icybrian.com, and thought it was great. Now I have a chance to write why I think it so.
  
  I love your Fratley. Here he most resembles my idea of his character. I also like the concept of the Vigil and its meaning for the Burmecians. The whole deal with the gift was rather poignant. Nice fic despite its age, haha.

  I've read this story many times now, and find it very sweet. I'm a big Freya/Fratley fan but I don't really like having Amarant upset over it ^_^'
  We need more Fratley stories that aren't darn depressing ;_; lol
