Alone once more, with my thoughts at bay
She leaves me more times than she ever realises
Every time I try to beg her to stay, she goes
But she is the one I look forward to talking to morning and night
She is the only one who can make a smile appear on my depressed face
She is the only one who makes me realise how much I am worth in this world
That it would be a mistake to end my life
If it weren't for her, I'd be long gone
If it weren't for her, I'd be back in rehab
If she wasn't around, I'd have no friends
She lightens up my days with her quirks and persona
She lets me read stuff which no one else can
She is my muse; my inspiration for life
Yet she'll never know how much I truly love her behind this facade of an innocent girl
And she never lets me forget that that is all I am, an innocent girl
Who is hers, whether she be with him or not
She always makes time for me
Always makes sure to cheer me up, or make me realise I am beautiful
Without Kit, I am not Emmi
