First of all, I'm very glad to see you continue this work. That's quite a start to the meeting and I rather expect things are going to get even more interesting from here on. I can understand and appreciate Nymphadora's reactions but she's most definitely going to have to make a very strong and sincere apology when she finds out the truth. It should be most interesting to watch all the various interactions as well as Harry learning all that's been denied him to learn (I suspect those responsible will not take these changes lightly or with equanimity). Somehow, I rather suspect the muggle Narcissa was interested in is going to already be involved with the wizarding world in other ways (Hermione's father, perhpas?).

Nymphadora really does only have herself to blame, and she will have to apologize before she can have certain privileges (like moving her limbs). As for the rest, you'll have to wait and see.
