-Make him bathe in ice cubes.. that'd sting.
-Make him wear ear phones and make a constant, loud, high pitched, horrible buzz sound constantly trail out of them?
-Cut him and then pour salt/alcohol in the wounds.
-Let him ring is family, taunting him about them. (or something like that? :S)
-shoot water up his nose constantly!
