Nice way to deal with Nott, wonder how the public reacted to Dumbles basically killing him, assuming he died.
That part was left in the air.

The public debate hasn't moved that far yet. I'm saving up for a major outrage.
He died. I actually forgot to write it in, but it takes just a few seconds, like six, to bleed out completely from something like that. The thigh arteries also have a habit of sucking air in when severed completely.
