I look at the calendar on the wall and I know it's coming, I sense it, I can feel what's going to happen...
He looks at me and my eyes drop to the ground. He knows it too.
I feel embarrassed, I know I shouldn't but I do. What's wrong with me?
“Honey, wanna talk?” He asks softly pulling me near and embracing my frail body.
“No, it's okay.” I choke while my eyes start to water. I so wish I could be stronger than this.
I bet the other girls don't even care about it. Why should I?
“Kim, you know you can always count on me...” He reassures, caressing my cheek with his soft lips.
I don't know if I really can count on him. Sometimes I feel like nobody understands me. Not even him.
I feel his goatee tickling my face. I smile, it feels good.
“Andy, you know what's gonna happen to me when...” I sniffle resting my head on his shoulder.
“I know, I know, I'm sorry, I'll try my best. I don't want you to feel lonely.” He whispers.
He leans in to kiss me. I tangle my fingers in his soft curls.
Soon it's that time of the month. When he packs his things and goes away on tour.
Leaving me alone with my tears and sorrow.
