Shooting Up On Stars

This all started when I's just a kid,
And I gave a damn 'bout what they did.
Here's my advice for you, young one;
You can't undo what someone else's done.

I take coffee same shade as my soul,
The same one I sold for rock'n'roll.
Well, Kid, if you can't learn in life,
Better make sure that you get it right.

Tonight, tonight,
I'll be your wish.
Just make sure you,
Understand this;
I'm not yours but you are mine,
So grab a ticket and get in line.

Oh look, Daddy, look who I've done,
Kid, this is the price for having fun.
I don't drugs but I'll shoot up on stars,
Taking me higher than shiny cars.

Oh look, Mummy, how's it up there,
Watching me fall to their smirky stare?
I don't do regrets but Honey if I did,
You'd be at the top of my to-do list.

Tonight, tonight,
I'll be your wish.
Just make sure you,
Understand this;
I'm not yours but you are mine,
So grab a ticket and get in line.

Tonight, tonight,
I'll be your wish.
Just make sure you,
Understand this;
I'm not yours but you are mine,
So grab a ticket and get in line.

Sirens and sunlight are chasing me,
Why can't they just let me be?
I was born to live and not to sleep,
I may be rich but, Baby, I'm also cheap.

Why aim high when you wanna get down,
Because, Sweetie I, can erase that frown.
I'll be your mistake and you'll be my win,
One criminal guy and his cardinal sin.

Tonight, tonight,
I'll be your wish.
Just make sure you,
Understand this;
I'm not yours but you are mine,
So grab a ticket and get in line.
Grab a ticket and get in line.

A/N: I've been listening to way too much Cobra Starship again. Can you tell? Also inspired by Andrew W.K. and Panic! At The Disco. Please let me know what you think! :D
