Chapter 7: Stockers

Malibu's POV
"Nick...how am I suppose to tell him?" I said looking at him. I smiled at Joe, who was going over to Kevin, and Jess.
"Well, may-OW!" Nick said getting up and rubbing his bottom.
"What's wrong?" I said. He pointed to the bleachers. I looked through and saw two sets of eyes. Then I heard the most recognizable laugh ever.
"Joe, Adrian!" I said getting mad. I quickly got off the bleachers and caught them. I brang both back where we were sitting. I gave Joe to Nick and I had Adrian in my lap.
"Please say sorry to Nick." I said calmly. They both looked at me and them hugged him.
"Sorry." They said.
"Group hug!" Adrian said.
"Yep!" Joe said and I got pulled in by Nick.
"He said group hug, and you can't be left out." He said and hugged me. Joe and Adrian were stuck between us, they tried to squeeze out but they couldn't. A couple seconds later, we stopped squeezing them. They ran down and went all the way to Aunt B and Uncle B.
"If you want another one, come back here!" I said while they were running toward them.
"So what were you saying?..." I asked.
"Maybe when you guys are alone, like, and, at the end of the day..." Nick said.
"You're right...Thank you." I said hugging him again.
"One more thing he is trying to tell you something, but don't let him." Nick said as Joe was coming over to us. Nick got up, then went down the stairs. Nick was at the bottom, and I was right behind him. He stopped all of a sudden, and I hit his bushy head. Joe was a couple steps from up. I jumped in front of nick and grabbed Joe's hand. I started to go towards the pool. He didn't budge. Nick went quickly away. Joe just starred at me.
"Come on! We have to watch the little kids!" I said and started to walk away. I let go of his hand. I got a few steps away then he grabbed my hand.
"Malibu...I have to tell you something..." He said drifting off. He pulled me into his arms and hugged me tightly. I hugged him back.
"I have to tell you something, too...but came we need to wait until later?" I said and we stopped hugging. He smiled and we went to the pool.

Joe's POV
We just said good-bye to Malibu's family. Her family is so weird and they could be the funniest people she had ever met...other than me, of course.
"Whew...that was exhausting today..." I said sitting down on the grass. Malibu, Kevin and Nick followed me sitting on the grass, too. They looked at each other and laughed.
"What are you laughing about?" I asked glancing at them. They laughed even harder.
"You didn't do anything!" Malibu managed to say between her laughing.
"Yes I did!" I smiled. They quieted down.
"Really? What did you do?" Nick said.
"Well, I do it everyday...it's exhausting looking so good." I said seriously. Nick and Kevin exchanged glances and bursted out laughing again. Malibu laughed a little, too.
"Hahaha! You? Look good?" Kevin said falling back on the grass. I sent him a glared, and it seemed my glare was funny, because he laughed even harder. I sighed as Malibu tried to calm them down. They knew she was going to say something funny so they calmed down and listened.
"Okay...let's just face it...Joe's always going to look like that...and if you make fun of him now, you won't have anything to do in the future." She said with a concerned, straight face. They laughed so hard I personally thought they were going to pee in their pants.
"Malibu..." I said.
"Huh?"
"I'm gunna kill you, with my gun. Gunna put you in the trunk of my car, and drag to the desert, and then bring you back home and make sure you're okay." I said in a hillbilly voice. They laughed even harder than they were before, especially Malibu...I seriously didn't think that was possible...
A few minutes later, full minutes of laughing, they finally stopped.
"Alright. We should get dressed." Malibu said getting up.
We got dressed and went outside to she Malibu shutting of the water slides. She just turned off the last slide.
"Hey. You guys are finally done getting dressed?" She said turning to us.
"Yep!" I said smiling.
"Yes." Nick said scratching the back of his neck.
"Yeah." Kevin said looking at the car passing by. She smiled at all three of us. Then picked up her stuff and walked towards the entrance. She stopped and waiting for something. Then turned around and smiled at us standing there watching her.
"Well?" She asked.
"Huh?" I said looking at her.
"Are you guys coming or what?" She said eager to get out of here. Nick and Kevin snapped out of their dazes and ran for the entrance. I stood there and acted like I was dumb or something...but I AM NOT DUMB...Malibu seemed to think so though because she came over to me and waved her hand in front of my face. I I put my head back and looked at her, as if I was asking her "How'd you get there?". Then she walked to the entrance again, waiting. I found her this time...we walked to the corner of the street.
"It was so fun today! I hope I could see you two again, soon!" She said hugging Nick and Kevin. They both smiled.
"Yeah." They both said. Then Kevin got a smirk on his face.
"What?" She asked him.
"Where are you two going?" He asked.
"Um...we're going to the mall...I asked him to come with me. Why?" Malibu said raising an eyebrow.
"Oh...I was just wondering..." He said drifting off.
"Awkward..." I said.
"Yeah..." Nick agreed with me.
"See you guys later." I said as we walked towards the mall in the other direction. They waved and walked the other way. We turned another corner, out of their sight. Then Malibu held my hand. We looked at each other and smiled...But I felt like someone was following us...
"Nick...how am I suppose to tell him?" I said looking at him. I smiled at Joe, who was going over to Kevin, and Jess.
