FicWad: fresh-picked original and fan fiction

... you're making me want to replay FF8. :) Not that that's a bad thing; I'd kinda been thinking about it, anyway. But yeah. Definitely might have to start that tonight.

As to the story itself... this was good. Very good. You don't often see really good genfic, and that's exactly what this was. The character voices were great, and the idea that Donald would have magic specifically for cleaning people (in a variety of lovely scents!) is fantastic. I want to be able to do that myself! Also, the way you incorporated elements from FF8 into Leon's backstory was very well done: the GFs, the Garden and the other SeeDs in the picture...

The interaction between Sora and Leon was great, too; you could see the developing relationship (brother-like, I mean, obviously) that you start to kinda see in the game, a bit, but that never really got explored.

Kudos for a job well done and a story well written. :)
