writing but not recieveing
ive been writing alot but only a few ppl review my stuff.i do love the reviews ive gotten but i think ppl could review a little more.

zoe15 I wrote a story a while ago, and people have viewed it but only my friend has reviewed it. It makes me sad, because although I'm getting views [the main story has had about 79 so far] no-one is reviewing it, and I need to have reviews so that I can improve my story.
I thought one part of this was that people put their stories up, not only for other people to see, but to get tips on how to make their stories better! C'mon guys get R'n'R-in!!

Iris I think sometimes we don't get reviews because some of us write in categories which don't have enough readers. If there's no one there to read your story, it's not strange that you get no reviews. I write in Savage Garden category and except mine, the latest story was published ages ago. No one reads and no one writes. That's a severe problem.

okokoiz2kool Obviously, some people are on here only to read becuase there are only about one third the about of stories on here than there are authors. But where are they?

I come from FP where one of my stories has 1400 views and a newer one already has three hundred, so it's weird that no one reads here.

I would love to hear what anyone has to say about my (one) story that's posted here. I will update if I get reviews.

okokoiz2kool But it's only worth getting a review if it's CC. the ones that just tell you how great you are really aren't that helpful. They may make you feel nice, but that reader probabaly only likes your story for it's concept. It can still be poorly written but no one takes the time to point that out.

I think the most helpful and really the only reviews that matter are the ones that take the time to point out flaws in time continuity, character development or lack thereof, plotholes, and minor details that just add to the whole bettering of the story.
