spt1224 There's really no reason why DreamHost's servers couldn't handle a medium-sized site such as this. The problem with them, and most other shared web hosting companies, is that they overload their servers to the extreme, which is the real reason that this site runs so slow all the time. I really doubt one or two inefficient queries could be the complete cause of FicWad slowing down so drastically and so frequently.

I don't mind if it doesn't come up a second a page...but I am getting tired of this message coming up at least 50% of the time I try to load a page. If this site didn't have so many stories I liked a lot only on this website, I wouldn't even bother with ficwad and only use other sites.

animemonster I can navigate usually two links and then I run into the evil 500 error roadblock and if I try refreshing the page it doesn't work, so I have to go back to the homepage and keep trying, and trying. Please, do all that you can to get the site back up and running to at least where I can get to the page I want without running into the 500 error roadblock from hell...

ellzdaemo I am kinda upset cause i cant go on ficwad anymore because of the HTTP 500 Internal server errors things which says tht the page cannot be displayed its really annoying cause i havent been able to read any storys or update my own (cry) does anyone no what to do so it will work cause it is pissing me OFF!!!

ok so I thought stuff was getting better not worse !! yesterday I tried posting a chapter for my story and do you know how long it took for me to get it up ? 4 hours!! I got really peed off and now I can't even read some of the awesome fic's out there 'cause it always says ; 'Slight problem here Our host seems to be having some unanticipated downtime
